Who I am:

I have been an educator for over 30 years, supporting middle and high school teachers and students around the teaching and learning of reading and writing in NYC and across the country. 

I offer practical, tailored and transferrable skills, strategies, and structures to support growth in writing and reading.  I believe that engagement is key to learning and growth for everyone, and love that learning is life-long.  

Services:

1.     School-Based Professional Development:

·      Literacy Support: teacher workshops, in-class coaching, and curriculum and lesson planning meetings to support the teaching of reading and writing (Including adapting to the EL Curriculum)

·      Instructional Coaching: Supporting new (or new to your school) teachers in any content area

2.     Private Tutoring: individual (in-person and/or virtual) to strengthen practices, skills, & habits in writing or reading
